..#FanisWillis father’s  testimony insults Black Americans. His statements about Black People and cash are false and stupid! He is living in the 1920s!
White people and American Indians kept some cash around, too. It's prudent to do so. So how is this some 'black' thing?

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Fani Willis Demands Judge Reject Cellphone Evidence Suggesting Relationship With Fellow Prosecutor
Fulton County DA Fani Willis is demanding the rejection of new evidence filed by Trump attorneys that suggests she lied about her relationship with Nathan Wade.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has called on Judge Scott McAfee to disallow as evidence cellphone records submitted by Trump lawyers suggesting she and special prosecutor Nathan Wade may have lied about when their romantic relationship began.
Ms. Willis’s objection to the new evidence, which Trump attorneys say adds weight to their argument she hired her then-boyfriend for mutual financial gain in a corrupt bargain and should be disqualified, came in a Feb. 23 court filing.
Former President Donald Trump’s attorneys, Steve Sadow and Jennifer Little, filed a court affidavit on Friday from a private investigator hired to obtain Mr. Wade’s and Ms. Willis’s text and voice call history.

The investigator, Charles Mittelstadt, said in the affidavit he found the pair made over 2,000 calls and exchanged 12,000 text messages in 2021, many months before they say their relationship began.

Some of the data, which Ms. Willis argues in her filing is inadmissible for technical or procedural reasons, purports to show that Mr. Wade was at the condominium where Ms. Willis was living late at night and well into the morning on multiple occasions in September and November 2021.

Why in the hell is Scott McAfee the one to decide Fani Willis' fate regarding her perjurious statements?  McAfee is on record donating money to her election campaign.  He should be recused.

Georgia Senate reportedly subpoenas texts from Wade's ex-divorce attorney about Willis relationship

Charlotte Hazard  |  February 28, 2024  |  8:48pm

he Georgia Senate has reportedly subpoenaed text messages between the ex-divorce lawyer for Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor in the Trump election interference case, and a lawyer for a co-defendant in the case.

Text messages reportedly show the divorce lawyer knew special prosecutor Nathan Wade and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who is leading the alleged election fraud case, had a romantic relationship years before they said they did.

The timeline appears critical in the effort by the lawyer for a Trump co-defendant, Ashley Merchant, to get Willis removed from the election case for conflict of interest – based on such evidence as the texts that appears to show Wade was dating Willis before she hired him as special prosecutor and that they lied about the timing.

Merchant has also argued another conflict of interest was that Wade financially benefitted from the relationship because Wade took her on lavish vacations.

Merchant and the former Wade divorce lawyer and law partner, Terrance Bradley, reportedly exchanged hundred of texts.  .  .  .

Trump co-defendant offers new testimony amid push for Fani Willis disqualification

Ashley Oliver  |  March 4, 2024  |  6:19 pm

A new witness has come forward saying she is able to provide testimony about Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis‘s previously undisclosed relationship with a prosecutor she hired to help with the election interference case against President Donald Trump, according to a court document filed Monday.

One of Trump’s co-defendants, David Shafer, said in the filing that attorney Cindi Lee Yeager, who works for the neighboring district attorney’s office in Cobb County, was struck by a previous witness testifying that he could not recall when Willis’s romantic relationship with prosecutor Nathan Wade began.

Yeager said she had several in-person conversations with the witness, Terrence Bradley, beginning in August 2023, according to the court filing.

Contrary to what Bradley indicated under oath last week, Yeager said Bradley told her in detail about how Willis and Wade’s relationship began before Willis hired him in November 2021, according to the filing. The relationship began around the time Willis and Wade met in 2019, Bradley allegedly told Yeager.  .  .  .
