Not surprisingly, Trump apparently is ignorant of the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act.  A bunch of this stuff is regulatory in nature, and not based on executive orders.  You have to go through the regulatory process to get rid of it just as you had to go through the regulatory process to start it.

What we need is for you to stop handing out free shit to illegals and start prosecuting people for entering the country illegally.  But after eight years of your bullshit, not once have you proposed doing either of those things.
