What a joke the 2024 election cycle is becoming

One candidate is promising retribution on behalf of his base

The other is claiming that his opposition is a threat to the existence of this country

I will not be voting for president this year.

...and IMO, Pres. Trump will do exactly that.  He will give that exact message to "The People".

Just like he said to the Black voters in 2016 (paraphrased)..."Democrats have done nothing for you since LBJ...what do you have to lose by voting for me?"

I hope you are right. His first term record does not inspire the same hope in me. I think his record as POTUS is uneven at best. High grades on foreign policy and immigration. Low grades on fiscal policy and especially how he dealt with COVID.
