Students at Harvard penned an editorial in the university newspaper calling for President Claudine Gay to resign.

“University President Claudine Gay should resign,” the piece begins. “Harvard’s presidency is no mere empty honor;
it is a deeply challenging managerial job with deeply challenging duties, not least of which is navigating national
outcry,” the piece continued.

Gay enters 2024 facing credible allegations of both plagiarism and antisemitism.

“Harvard’s presidency is no mere empty honor; it is a deeply challenging managerial job with deeply challenging duties,
not least of which is navigating national outcry,” the piece continues.

“In each of these respects, Gay has failed. The Harvard Corporation must find a leader who can do better.”

And
She is out and complaining about racism.

DAVE CHAPPELLE CONTINUES TO TELL TRANS JOKES, DESPITE MASSIVE BACKLASH \

Dave Chappelle is not shying away from transgender jokes. In fact, in his newly released Netflix special, The Dreamer,
the comedian is doubling down.

In 2021, Chappelle received massive backlash for a stand-up special (called The Closer), during which he made jokes
about the LGBTQ+ community. Specifically, he poked fun at transgender people.

Right on cue, the woke mob demanded Chappelle’s cancellation, and 30 employees from Netflix’s hub in Los Angeles
even walked out of the building in protest.

But Netflix stood behind the comedian, and now he’s back for more. At the beginning of the new special, Chappelle said
he’d never joke about trans people again — but it was tongue-in-cheek.

“If you guys came here to this show tonight thinking I’m gonna make fun of those people again, I’m not f-cking with
those people anymore,” he said. “It wasn’t worth the trouble. I ain’t saying sh-t about trans people. Maybe three or four
times, but that is it.”

And always ready to push the envelope, the 50 year old then said he was going to transition to joking about “handicapped”
people instead because “they’re not as organized as the gays. And I love punching down.”

“Dave Chappelle’s Obsession With Mocking Trans People Continues in New Netflix Special,” read the headline on Variety‘s
website.

You’d think they would have learned by now that Chappelle is uncancellable.

By the way, The Dreamer came out at midnight on Sunday, and the Variety story was posted at 6:39 a.m. — Who’s the
“obsessed” one again?

It’s been quite the year for OutKick. And the end of 2023 is a perfect time to look back at what our fearless site did well.

Call it a victory lap of sorts.

From Clay Travis’ home-and-home interviews with Stephen A. Smith to Bobby Burack pointing out the lies of Deadspin,
2023 was a year of keeping an open mind and holding people accountable, two trademark traits of OutKick.

Here in no particular order are a handful of our favorite stories from the past 12 months, and you can bet that the majority
are stories you would only find on OutKick Dot Com:

Gotta Hand It To Harvard
OutKick’s Dan Zaksheske went to Cambridge and documented the lunacy he encountered.

ESPN Hides Race-Baiting Doc
Who else in sports media would shine the spotlight on this? Only OutKick.

The Fight To Save Women’s Sports
OutKick’s Joe Kinsey went to Roanoke, Va., to see the latest twist in the story of transgenders competing in women’s
sports. Special shoutout to OutKick’s own Riley Gaines for her leadership on this issue.

Bad Year For Bud Light
America’s former best-selling beer lost its crown thanks to its puzzling decision to partner with transgender influencer
Dylan Mulvaney. Alejandro Avila was one of many OutKick writers who helped chronicle the madness.
