That part is non-negotiable.  The only thing left to negotiate is how much money Russia owes Ukraine for the rebuilding of their cities, towns, and villages.

Let's remember, Ukraine didn't invade Russia.  Russia is the aggressor here.  They are the ones who need to retreat back to their own borders.
