BREAKING: SEC Complaint filed against Berkshire Hathaway yesterday following a shareholder being arrested (at a shareholder meeting) after questioning Warren Buffett’s relationship with Bill Gates and his ties to Jeffrey Epstein

What Happened: The Chairman of the National Legal & Policy Center (NLPC), Peter Flaherty, was arrested after he questioned Buffett’s financial backing of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Gates’ connections with Jeffrey Epstein. Despite being registered as an attendee and a shareholder, police in Omaha Nebraska charged Flaherty with criminal trespass, which led to him being held in detention for approximately 3 hours.

Following his arrest, the counsel for the NLPC’s filed a complaint with the SEC, emphasizing the incident as a “clear demonstration of societal disparity.” The NLPC is urging the SEC to prevent Berkshire Hathaway from repeating such actions and to acknowledge them as violating rules.

In addition to being a long time shareholder, Peter Flaherty shared that this was the first time he had ever been arrested for anything—and also first time he had his microphone cut-off during a proposal.

This could be huge.  A sexual abuse survivor identifying Clinton himself. Hopefully Virginia is careful where she takes her steps.

Doubtful that Clinton and cronies will ever be charged though. I can't help but wonder if Trump was ever onboard on one of Epstein's jets??

??? What kind of threats have these girls been under about going public and identifying those with nothing but money??? Epstein died in prison for a reason and it wasn't accidental or self-inflicted.

Former US president Bill Clinton is expected to be named as 'John Doe 36' when a list of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein's associates from court filings are made public.

Clinton, 77, will allegedly be named among dozens of Epstein's high profile associates in documents set to be released in the first days of 2024.

The pedophile's powerful friends and acquaintances are set to be exposed as part of a vast unsealing that a judge ordered just before the New Year.

That will take the release day to January 1 – but as that is a holiday it is likely the files will be made public the following day.

Some 177 people will be identified across hundreds of files which will shed new light on the late financier's sex trafficking operation and his network of influence.

Prince Andrew is preparing for the unsealing of a sheaf of Jeffrey Epstein-related court papers—and the full, or at least fuller, story of Johanna Sjoberg coming to light. Sjoberg previously claimed she was fondled by Andrew at his billionaire pedophile pal’s house.

Her allegations were overshadowed by the more extreme allegations made by Virginia Giuffre, who won a $14 million payout from Andrew.

Now, however, Sjoberg’s story is likely to be back in the spotlight, as a 30-page document penned by her is due to be released in the new year document dump. The documents were sealed by a judge after a 2015 defamation case brought by Giuffre against Epstein conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell was settled. They are due to be unsealed and released as early as Tuesday. Andrew is said to be “totally tormented” by the prospect.

Now he's about to be revealed as "John Doe 36" on the list of names related to Epstein that come from court documents related to a 2015 lawsuit by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, according to a new report.

Here's a picture of "Doe 36" on Jeffrey Epstein's plane with him.

We've reported on that list before; it's been a long time coming.

According to the report, Clinton's name is mentioned more than 50 times in court documents — some of which are redacted. Some of the mentions in the documents are related to Giuffre's effort to compel Clinton to testify against Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
