Word salad gibberish. It is the classic corporate 'mission statement'. Lofty vague ethereal goals with no clear-cut, factual, reality based, point by point plan to achieve them.
It is like a teenager saying, "My goal is to be rich." "My ideal is free housing for everyone."
Ok ... How are you going to do that? How do you "increase sustainable employment" for people who refuse to work?

With the Mayor and Smollett on the same side, it is clear that Chicago and all of its problems are because Chicago has become the White Supremacist MAGA stronghold of all of America. Forget about Texas or Florida. Obviously, all the racist White MAGA people are all in Chicago.
