The Lebanese Army announced earlier that they have Discovered at least 25 BM-21 “Grad” Multiple-Rocket Launchers in the South of the Country which are Aimed at Israel and that EOD Teams are currently attempting Dismantle them.

Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi and Shin Bet head Ronen Bar have already taken such responsibility, as have Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.

Eighty percent of Israelis said Netanyahu, who has not made any public statements accepting responsibility, should follow suit, including 69% of those who voted for the premier’s Likud party in last year’s election, according to the survey.

Only 8% of the general public think he should not.

Biden speaks with American hostages after release from Hamas custody, pledges support: WH

US President Joe Biden spoke to two American hostages shortly after they were released on Friday, according to the White House.

"The President just completed a call with the two Americans released today after being taken hostage by Hamas during the horrific terrorist assault against Israel," the statement said. "He relayed that they will have the full support of the U.S. government as they recover from this terrible ordeal.

A picture of a smiling Biden speaking on the phone was shared to the official POTUS account on X.

"Jill and I will continue holding close in our hearts all the families of unaccounted for Americans," the post read.

Judith Raanan and her 17-year-old daughter, Natalie, were both let go from Hamas custody in Gaza and are reportedly en route to a military base in central Israel to reunite with their family, the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed on X.

It remains to be seen if the Israeli people will go "long" on this or not. Fundamentally, firearms are the great equalizer and our Founding Fathers recognized that, thus securing our right to bear arms in the Constitution. Israel should have known better, but it appears her populace "forgot" that those vermin want only to exterminate them, not live with them. One can only hope (not a plan) that the Israelis have learned their lesson. Time will tell.

I know just what you mean. I understand what you wrote. Amazing how many of the Israelis who were killed were avid pro-Palestinian supporters. I do not know for sure, but it is logical that they were anti-gun as well.
