When did it become acceptable to defend the slaughter of Jewish children?

The brutal success of the Hamas terror attack and the failure of Israeli intelligence rank as the biggest shocks of a horrifying week.

But not far behind are the open and chilling expressions of antisemitism in the United States and around the world.

Hordes of ignorant Americans, most of them college students who couldn’t find the Mideast on a map, played the role of Hamas stooges by skipping school and denouncing Israel.

Whether they know it not, their chanting of “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” is a call for the elimination of Israel.

That puts them in sync with the charter of Hamas and makes them supporters of terrorism.

When did it become socially and morally acceptable to defend the slaughter of Jewish civilians, including children?

Is this what colleges are teaching?

What makes Jewish children  so  special?

Get outraged over the slaughter of ANY children, and I'm with ya.

This is NOT a "pick and choose" subject.

@Kamaji

Yeah, after all, what's  the big deal about wanting to protect Jewish children, while ignoring the safety  of other children?

It wasn't just any little children who were beheaded and burned alive in Israel, was it?

Nobody is "ignoring" the safety of other children, least of all the Israelis, who have made all sorts of efforts to allow civilians in Gaza to protect their children, only to have those efforts frustrated by Hamas.

No,and it's not  just Jewish  children being abused in one way or another all over the planet.

Nobody is "ignoring" the safety of other children, least of all the Israelis, who have made all sorts of efforts to allow civilians in Gaza to protect their children, only to have those efforts frustrated by Hamas.

Once again,it is not JUST about Jewish children,Muslim children,or even the Muddle East. It is,to varying degrees,a problem all over the planet.

Too often, discussions like  this focus entirely  on one group of people, and ignore the FACT that this is happening to people all over the world. When that happens, children in other nations being molested or  neglected  tend to be ignored.

Acknowledging this takes NOTHING away from the abuses and assaults  happening in the Middle East.

I don't think the college age kids see the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict through the prism of WWII and the holocaust.  The prism they're most likely using is David and Goliath ---- and for them,  Israel isn't David.

Instead of asking what colleges are doing wrong, ask what parents and grandparents have been doing to counteract this mantra from the legacy media their kids have been absorbing since birth.  My guess is absolutely nothing.
