  • I think, therefore I am... a misfit!
We keep seeing major corporations drive millions of customers away
with "woke" policies and actions.
It's even become a cliche - "Go woke, go broke!"
And yet, the major corporations KEEP ON making this same "mistake"!
From the standpoint of attracting customers, it's a very big mistake!
If it's such a "mistake" why do they keep doing it?
It's as if all the corporations are being directed to sacrifice customers and profits
for the sake of imposing a global social agenda!

So, who is giving these orders?
Who is commanding these corporations to keep on sacrificing customers and profits?
Here is a large piece of that picture:

Blackrock and/or Vanguard are among the three largest institutional investors
   for 505 out of 505 of the S&P 500. (100%)
One or the other is the single largest institutional investor in 422 of these. (84%)

   Why is this important?
While these two interwoven companies primarily manage money for others,
"the Big Three do exert the voting rights attached to these shares.
Therefore, they have to be perceived as de facto owners by corporate executives.

These companies have, in fact, publicly declared that they seek to exert influence.
William McNabb, chairman and CEO of Vanguard, said in 2015 that,
'In the past, some have mistakenly assumed that our predominantly passive management style
suggests a passive attitude with respect to corporate governance.
Nothing could be further from the truth.'

When we analysed the voting behaviour of the Big Three,
we found that they coordinate it through centralised corporate governance departments.

Hence, just three companies wield an enormous potential power over corporate America."

In effect Vanguard and Blackrock forgo taking large fees
in exchange for having enormous ability to exert power over the economy
through influence on corporate boards and leadership.

This power that is subject to little public awareness or accountability.

The website   https://blackrockvanguardwatch.com/
has a complete list of all 505 companies included in the S&P 500 list,
along with the top five owners of each of those companies.

Here is a sample (the top 7 companies) of that list.
It include the company name, the category of business in which it engages,
the stock market value of the company,
the five top owners of that company,
and what percent of the company each of those top five owners owns.

(It is well known in business circles that, if you know what you're doing,
you can control a major corporation by owning just 3% of its stock.
That's what they call "the controlling share."
It's the share of the company that controls the company.
These investment companies are WAY above that threshhold!
So, there is NO DOUBT that these mutual funds, etc.
completely control ALL of the major corporations!

I think it's ESG ratings companies that exert the most influence.

I think it's ESG ratings companies that exert the most influence.
Those ESG ratings are one tool that Vanguard, BlackRock, State Street, etc.
use to monitor how closely the corporations are obeying
their owners' commands to impose "woke" policies.
If all mankind minus one, were of one opinion, and only one person were of the contrary opinion,
mankind would be no more justified in silencing that one person, than he, if he had the power, would be justified in silencing mankind.

George Soros, who also bragged he owns the Democrat party.  Which explains why the democrat party gladly represents foreigner interests and is loathe to represent American interests.  The globalist want a one government America like they one a one government world.  God warned the End Times desolation and destruction would be by MERCHANTS OF THE EARTH!  FORETOLD THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO.
