Biden certainly shouldn't get more Ukraine funding for free.

Dole out the Ukraine money in installments that are conditional to Border Security milestones being met.

If Biden gets all the money at once, he'll welch on the Border Security.  He's been welching on Border Security since the 1986/1987 Immigration Reform Act by not implementing the enforcement mechanisms.

No more $$ for Ukraine.  We've handed billions over to them; billions that could have been used for a border wall, drones and manning the border.

That $$ is approved by Congress....McCarthy caved on the first round back in May and made a deal on this round.  I'm glad he's gone.

President Joe Biden said he doesn’t think that a border wall is effective just a day after his administration cleared a path to allow more construction of the border wall on federally protected land in Texas.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will construct a portion of a border wall in the Rio Grande Valley sector of Texas amid a surge in illegal immigrants entering the country, according to an unpublished Wednesday federal register filing. Biden told reporters Thursday that he tried to get his administration to redirect the money being spent on the border wall but under the law, he “can’t stop that.”

“The border wall money was appropriated for the border wall. I tried to get them to reappropriate, to redirect that money,” Biden said. “They didn’t. They wouldn’t. In the meantime, there’s nothing under the law other than they have to use the money for what it was appropriated for. I can’t stop that.”

When asked by a reporter if he thinks the border wall works, all the president had to say was “no.”

Well, if they do this, for what ever politically , backhanded reason, that will be good.

I have to wonder how effective it will be since they have already made a big stink over how it isn't effective. It maybe an effort to sabotage any future building. :shrug:
