British Intelligence Agencies Ban White Hires.

Several of the British government’s intelligence organizations – MI5, MI6, and Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) – have banned white people from applying to prized internships, preferring to receive applications from ethnic minorities who grew up poor instead.

The MI5 website states that to be eligible for either a 10- or 11-week scholarship at one of the organizations, “you’ll need to be in your penultimate or final year of university, from a Black, Asian or ethnic minority background, and from a socially or economically disadvantaged background.”

The organizations also claim that without diversity and inclusion they cannot undertake their main function which is to maintain the safety of those living in the country, explaining: “To protect the UK, we need a truly diverse workforce that reflects the society we serve.”

Vacancies in the UK can lawfully exclude white people by claiming to promote “positive action.” The Equality Act (2010) permits the exclusion of white Britons if it addresses some form of “under-representation or disadvantage.”

This is not the first example of white people being banned from internships, as Sadiq Khan’s Transport for London (TFL) only accepts non-white applications for the annual Stuart Ross Communications Internship.

Technically, they're not banning the hiring of white people in general -- just saying that they're not eligible for these particular internships.

Still sucks, though, and the overall message of "white people are less desired by British Intelligence" is still there.

Fishrrman:
One need look no further than this article to sense why the white race is doomed to ultimate marginalization, if not outright extinction. It may take a couple hundred more years yet. But it will occur in time.

And when that happens, the blame should not fall to the masses of non-whites:

"The fault, dear Brutus, lies not in our stars... but in ourselves..."
