There is no crying in politics.
Most of us love our country. But Trump pissed his chance away to save it.
He had many chances and failed. There is no excuse as he had a full majority for a couple of years. He made accomplishments but those policies that he tried to implement didn't stick. We all recognize his failures, but, I also believe that while he was president there was a coup within a coup going on. He surrounded himself with the worst people; Sessions and Barr were his downfalls as well as allowing his very liberal daughter and her slimy, evil, corrupt husband near the oval office which didn't help.
He was very ill prepared to be president -- not knowing the ins and outs of government, nor the Constitution, was a genuine drawback to his presidency.
I can't sit hear and say that I didn't appreciate our energy independence, improved economy, improved security at the border and improved relations with the ME, Russia and China while he was president. That's all gone now. Here we sit. He wants another chance.
What has changed that would make his second term any better?? In addition, Ronna McDaniel who he appointed is still in charge of the RNC.
Yes, I love this country and I hope and pray that somehow we can seat a true conservative. If we don't it's over for our Republic.
