The existence of the Biden administration is a product of Trump’s failures.  Despite his campaign promises, immigration was not addressed in a meaningful way.  Hell, there may be more illegals in the US now than if Hillary Clinton had won in 2016.  They just waited until Trump got himself fired, and invited all of their friends.
