Fani Willis Makes Huge Mistake, Court May Throw Out Anti-Trump Case before It Starts

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has made such a huge mistake in her case against President Donald Trump that the Georgia court may throw it out before it even gets started.

The court’s website briefly posted a document listing several criminal charges against Trump.

The document was then quickly taken down without explanation.

It appears as though Willis’s office may have accidentally posted the document online, putting her entire get-Trump case in jeopardy.

The Grand Jury is meant to be in session until tomorrow.

The document revealed there are over a dozen charges against Trump, including Violating the Georgia RICO Act, Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer, and Filing False Documents.

There are also multiple conspiracy charges.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is about to destroy the Trump campaign – and since Trump is the Republican Party’s de facto leader, Willis will effectively obliterate the GOP by hitting Trump with racketeering and conspiracy charges.

If Brian Kemp had any integrity, he would immediately remove Fulton County’s trap house, ratchet, district attorney Fani Willis.

The Trump-hating incompetents at Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' office posted a long list of felony charges against former President Donald Trump on their website on Monday before the grand jury they convened had even voted on the case.

The document dated August 14, obtained by Reuters, reveals 13 charges against Trump, 12 of which are felonies, one is listed as a "serious felony."

These charges include violations of the state Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, Conspiracy To Commit Forgery in the First Degree, Filing False Documents, and Conspiracy To Commit Impersonating a Public Officer, among others, all related to alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

Ahead of Donald Trump and 18 others being charged by a Fulton County Grand Jury last night, charges against Trump and co-defendants were leaked online - only to then disappear. The DA's office said that the document, which was leaked prior to the grand jury having voted, was “fictitious.”

Yet when the indictments were handed down not long after, they were mysteriously identical to what was laid out in the supposedly fictitious leaked document.


 
That defies all logic, and DA Fani Willis was confronted on this during a press conference on the charges. Reporter Bryan Llenas asked “Earlier today, there was a fictitious document, according to the Fulton County Clerk’s Office, that was circulated online with charges against former President Donald Trump. That fictitious document matched exactly the charges that we now see in this indictment. Can you tell us more about that document leak? Because now you have the former president’s lawyers who are saying that this is emblematic of a serious problem with your office.”

Unless Trump can show that the grand jury was aware of the contents of the erroneously filed document prior to the time they took their vote, it is unlikely that the mere posting of the erroneously filed document will vitiate the indictment the grand jury actually voted out against him.
