BREAKING: Fulton County DA Fani Willis To Seek Over 12 Indictments In Trump Case

Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis is expected to seek more than a dozen indictments in her office’s case regarding former President Donald Trump and his allies’ alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
While it is unclear which Trump acolytes – or even the GOP kingpin himself – will be indicted in Fulton County, a number of individuals expect charges to come next week. Trump, too, has voiced with near certainty that he will be facing yet another indictment in the state.
CNN, citing sources familiar with the matter, broke the news on Wednesday afternoon amid scattered reports throughout the past few weeks pointing towards a potential racketeering case. Willis has a history of using the state’s RICO law in an “unorthodox” fashion, according to the network.

Willis launched her investigation into Trump in early 2021, soon after he called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and pressured the Republican to “find” the votes necessary for Trump to win the state.
At a campaign event Tuesday, Trump continued to insist it was a “perfect phone call.”
Willis has been reportedly weighing racketeering charges in the Trump case. RICO is a statute the district attorney has spoken fondly of and used in unorthodox ways to bring charges against teachers as well as musicians in the Atlanta area.
Willis’ team has forged ahead with plans to make charging announcements in the coming weeks, even as special counsel Jack Smith charged Trump with four federal counts related to his efforts to stay in power after losing the 2020 presidential election.
