Schweizer on Opinions Shifting on Biden: ‘This Is Going to Be the End of Joe Biden’s Political Career’

On Sunday’s “Life, Liberty & Levin,” New York Times best-selling author, Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute president Peter Schweizer said he was “encouraged” by the progress made on investigating alleged wrongdoing by President Joe Biden and his family.

Schweizer predicted if the investigations continue on the same trajectory, it would be the “end of Joe Biden’s political career.

“None of this would be possible in the House, but for a five-vote majority, and the speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, who has told these guys, you do whatever you have to do to get to the bottom of this,” host Mark Levin said. “And compare McCarthy, if you will, to Mitch McConnell. Have we even heard from Mitch McConnell? Have we heard from any of the Republican leadership in the Senate, whether it’s Cornyn or Barrasso, or Thune or anybody? We have the greatest corruption exposed in the history of this country, and a president of the United States who is corrupt up to his eyeballs, a Manchurian president, and they say nothing. I’ve heard nothing. Have you heard anything?”

“No, no — the only people in the Senate that have talked about this have been Senator Ron Johnson and Senator [Chuck] Grassley,” Schweizer replied. In terms of Mitch McConnell, no, and as we’ve talked about on this program before, Mitch McConnell does not want to have an open conversation about Chinese financial ties involving American political families because his family is one of those. So he doesn’t want to have this conversation, and I would argue that some of the other people that aren’t talking about it, they may not have Chinese ties now, but they aspire to have some kind of financial ties with foreign entities.”

“They see politics and public service as a money-making opportunity, and they believe that foreign oligarchs present that opportunity, so why muddy the waters? Why draw attention to this?” he continued. “Let’s just keep focusing on the less important issues. But this is a critical turning point, Mark. I’m very encouraged. If you look at the public opinion polls, opinions are shifting on this on what the Biden’s are doing, and I think this is going to be the end of Joe Biden’s political career.”

Which is why no Special Counsel will be appointed.

The professional career pols do NOT want that "bucket of worms" opened because damn near every single one of them is guilty of selling their offices for personal profits in one way or another.

Granted,most will probably be "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" deals that are solely related to things like getting bills passed to help local businesses get gooberment contracts,which at their heart is why congressmen exist,but I would bet the farm that the majority of the congresscritters and US Senators have used their influences for personal profits that had nothing to do with helping the people in their districts/areas of responsibility.

Things like this start small,with  maybe a request to do something to help out a contributor that is in some sort of trouble,but once you  cross that line,there is no going back. You are for rent,and everyone in the House and Senate knows it.

You either "go pro" and hang out a virtual "this office is for rent to the highest bidder" sign,or you  announce you won't be running for re-election come the next election. Those really are your only options.  If you just start refusing all requests for help for cash,you will discover that none of your "colleagues" will vote to get any legitimate bill you propose passed.

The only way  to  "beat" this system is to become someone prominent that has connections that protect him,and I suspect that is a lot harder to do than it might seem at first glance.

BTW,I am NOT declaring there are no honest politicians. I am just stating that those who are NOT for sale or trade are the ones we never hear anything about because they have no influence,thus they have no power.

BTW,I fully expect that when Biden announces he is not running for re-election due to "age-related problems" (his excuse for being corrupt),the media,the whole Dim Party,and more than a few alleged Republicans will immediately announce "Isn't he already suffering enough,due  to his dementia? Why add burdens to the  back of a sick man that won't live much longer,anyway?"

And sure enough,no charges will be filed and there will be no trial.

Hunter is going to get a pass too,because they can't try him and not  try his father.

It's just not going to happen. One big reason is that in any  case related to  Bubbette!,most of the witnesses/accessories have already died,or claimed to be too feeble to testify. Odd how that works out,ain't it?

For all I know,there may even be a Statute of Limitations  on any charges due to her corruption while in the WH.

My hope for 2016, was that either Trump or Sanders would be the 2nd Coming of Gozer, the Destroyer, and vanquish the DC Republi-Crat Establishment.  Alas, Trump didn't drain enough swamp.

Trump didn't drain sh*t.  The swamp remained intact during his entire term.

And Trump did NOT fulfill his key promises of build a wall on the southern border, and end the H1-b Visa Program.  And because of this, he did not get re-elected.  And Biden in a matter of weeks wiped out almost everything Trump put in place, pushing his own agenda, thus causing one of the worst economies in the last 100 years.

And the empty bullsh*t rhetoric of Trump's draining the swamp is just that, empty bull!!!

Biden may or may not run again, that remains to be seen.  And what the Republicans are doing, while it looks promising, they tend to trip over their own feet and accomplish next to nothing most of the time, I do not expect anything beyond that.  I expect Biden will finish his term, and decide along the way not to run again.  He leaves unscathed, as does his son, to go off and find new ways to scam more money.  Perhaps the Clinton and Obama approach of having a foundation to take future bribes, with promises of lobbying current elected officials.  That will fund them for another 5-10 years.

What should happen is the entire family get indicted for half a dozen felonies, and they all get to spend the rest of their crooked lives in prison.  Now that would be justice.  But justice is nonexistent in Washington.
