Fortino Gutierrez-Rosas was arrested west of Douglas, AZ, Tuesday, after crossing the border illegally. In 2010, he was convicted of felony Aggravated Sexual Assault in #HudsonCounty, NJ. The previously removed Mexican citizen faces criminal charges. #HonorFirst
