If the J6 plotters followed the WWII French Resistance model of compartmentalization ...

Pence would have only been read in for his part - allowing Congresspersons to object to Electoral Vote Count for states - and would have been kept in the dark about the rest.

Sufficient compartmentalization of each J6 workstream or vector would allow many of the hands-on perpetrators to remain useful idiots without having knowledge of the entire scheme.
