Tucker rambled on for over ten minutes without providing a single piece of evidence implicating Ukraine.  Yet somehow, we are supposed to believe that Ukrainian saboteurs were somehow able to fill the reservoir to record levels before sneaking past the Russian Army firmly in control of the dam, planting explosives inside of it, and then blowing it up, thwarting their own Spring offensive in Kherson Oblast.  Yeah, makes perfect sense.  Which is why Tucker rambled on for 10+ minutes without providing any evidence.

I am with you, I liked Tucker, but he seems to have gone on some tangents of late that I don't follow.
