GOP Rep Drops Hammer on Schiff after He Complains about $16 Million Fine: ‘It’s Not Up to You’

Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) is complaining about Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna’s (R-FL) move to hold him accountable for his lies about the Trump-Russia hoax.

As Slay News reported, Luna has introduced a resolution that fines Schiff $16 million for “egregious abuse of trust” over his efforts to peddle the false Russia claims.

Schiff went on any television network that would have him and claimed he had proof Trump was in bed with Russia.

But he did not because it was all a Democrat scam, starting with Hillary Clinton, and Schiff played a crucial role.

So Luna decided enough was enough and introduced a resolution to fine him for the cost of the Russian investigation.

When the people are afraid of the government, that's tyranny. But when the government is afraid of the people, that's liberty.

In all fairness, there are a few who should pick up that tab. But pick it up, they should. That's our money these partisan jerks have been pissing away on theater, when they knew full well the Russia/collusion thing was a hoax.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Much as I detest Schifftyroo, how would such a "fine" not be a violations of the Constitution's Due Process requirement? Schifftyroo's efforts to bypass Trump's Due Process rights do not cancel Schifftyroo's
