The title of the article isn't truthful.  But the comments they are quoting are direct.  She either got a number confused or got carried away.  In any case, it's hyperbolic and unecessary.

I am afraid I have to agree with you.

Trump lost me during the Pandemic.  He totally blew it and it cost him the election.  He let me down.

She's headed in the same direction.

She could be really good if she just got off the fringe crap and stayed with the message she had running for governor.
