On the Mexican side in Juarez the miles long concertina wire set up by Texas National Guard deterred migrants from crossing into El Paso illegally , forcing them to find another way. While others decided to go right through the wires

Do not let them enter -- turn them around.  The one that's on the other side -- make them go back through the wire to the other side.
