Nashville Christian School Files Motion to Block Release of Transgender Attacker’s Manifesto

The Nashville Christian school that was attacked by a 28-year-old transgender individual on March 27, 2023, has filed a motion to block the release of the attacker’s manifesto.

The 28-year-old transgender individual killed three children and three adults in the attack.

On April 21, 2023, Breitbart News pointed to a New York Post report in which Metro Nashville Council Member Courtney Johnston indicated the FBI was stalling the manifesto’s release.

Soon after, the Tennessee Star newspaper filed a public records request to release the manifesto, but on April 25, 2023, Breitbart News observed the request was denied.

On May 14, 2023, the Daily Mail explained that the manifesto has since been given to “a judge in Nashville,” allowing him to decide on its release.

FOX 17 Nashville now notes that the Christian school filed a motion with the judge on Monday to block the manifesto’s release.

The school claims the release of the manifesto may publicize schematics of the school/school facilities and/or confidential information regarding school employees and students.

The motion adds, “The disposition of this action may impair or impede its ability to protect its interests and the privacy of its employees and students.”

Group Of Covenant School Parents Moves To Keep Records Secret

The Covenant School in Nashville and a group of its parents will join with the local government in arguing that records related to the March shooting in which a woman who claimed to be transgender killed six at the school should not be released.

Judge I’Ashea Myles permitted the groups to “intervene” in a public records lawsuit, according to The Associated Press. That pits them against journalists and a Republican state senator who want the records, including a “manifesto,” to be released as the state considers legislative remedies to prevent further tragedies.

An attorney for the parents, Eric Osborne, argued that the parents are victims who have a constitutional right to be free from harassment. But attorney Nicholas Barry, who represents the Tennessee Star newspaper, said state laws around how victims are treated in the criminal system have no bearing on the Tennessee Public Records Act, according to the AP.

Attorney Robb Harvey, who represents two other plaintiffs, said the parents are not crime victims under the law and that their concerns are only speculative since they don’t know what’s contained in the records. ...

The school and Covenant Presbyterian Church said they fear that releasing some materials could put them at risk of another shooting, according to the Tennessean newspaper, which is also a party in the lawsuit seeking the records’ release.

The parents, who entered the lawsuit using pseudonyms, also feared the release of the records would “further traumatize” their children, the Tennessean reported. ...

So what's really going on here, more and more I am wondering if somewhere in that manifesto the the school might be afraid the shooter disclosed some sort of abuse that happened at the school which motivated the attack. Even if that happened there is no excuse for taking the lives of innocent children.

A leaked manifesto reveals the Nashville trans school shooter had a violent hatred of the “little crackers” with “white privilege” that were murdered.

First obtained and released by the Louder with Crowder conservative YouTube show, the three-page handwritten document shows Audrey “Aiden” Hale meticulously planned their last moments and the mass school shooting at The Covenant School on March 27. Three young children and three school staff were killed before Hale, 28, was shot dead by responding police.

The manifesto, written in a spiral notebook, has various screeds and thoughts scrawled down by pen.

“DEATH DAY,” Hale wrote on one page with the drawing of a target reticle and a pistol, along with the date “3/27/23.”  ...

Hale added: “Wanna kill all you little crackers!!! Bunch of little bleep w/ your white privileges f— you bleep." Critics of trans ideology have often highlighted that some trans people transition because they cannot cope with being homosexual. Hale was lesbian before identifying as trans.   ...

JUST IN: Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell appears to have confirmed the Nashville trans shooter's manifesto that was released by @scrowder is authentic.

O’Connell has reportedly launched an investigation into the release of the manifesto after Crowder shared it on X.

"I have directed Wally Dietz, Metro’s Law Director, to initiate an investigation into how these images could have been released," O'Connell said.

"That investigation may involve local, state, and federal authorities. I am deeply concerned with the safety, security, and well-being of the Covenant families and all Nashvillians who are grieving."

While the mayor didn’t directly say the manifesto was authentic, the fact he is investigating how it was released suggests it is authentic.

In the alleged manifesto, Audrey Hale, the trans terrorist, said she wanted to kill all the "little cr*ckers" with their "white privilege."

Hale mentioned multiple times that she wanted to kill the children due to their white appearance.

Denying information about what was going through the mentally disturbed shooter's head only makes it harder to spot similar thought processes in potential shooters in the future and getting them the mental health help they need before a major crime occurs.

I can see no reason why that material would be restricted from view, unless the objective was to impair finding out who represents a threat and preventing the necessary diagnosis and treatment of those who are so seriously suffering from mental illness that they would commit such a crime.

Those pushing for surgeries to mutilate gender dysphoric people who are mentally disturbed. (because, and this is only a guess, a high number of mentally disturbed people, well above and beyond their gender dysphoria, may have such self-destructive and otherwise violent ideation)

If a "MAGA Conservative" killed a bunch of kids at a summer camp for "LGBTQ" youth, and wrote a manifesto targeting that group specifically, do you think it would have taken 7+ months to leak the manifesto?

Absolutely not. The FBI would have plastered that thing all over the nightly news. We'd have new laws passed in response.

A white girl shooting up private school "crackers" for their "white privileges" after being propagandized to hate herself DOES NOT fit the narrative, though, so of course it was covered up.

And why did she say she was almost caught multiple times. Who screwed up?

The Department of Justice and FBI pride themselves on being the top federal agencies to investigate and prosecute the perpetrators of hate crimes. Their zeal for tracking down racists and targeting Americans based on fabricated white supremacy allegations apparently stops, however, when it comes to classifying the type of anti-white crimes that occurred at Covenant School earlier this year.

On March 27, 2023, Audrey Hale, a woman masquerading as a man, shot and killed three children and three staff at a Christian grade school before local police took her out. ...

It was only this week, more than nearly eight months after the shooting, that conservative media personality Steven Crowder leaked three of the manifesto pages. The publicization of the bombshell writings put seven MNPD officers on administrative leave but exposed the reasons Hale decided to shoot up her former school.

In her “DEATH DAY” notebook, Hale claimed she planned to murder Covenant schoolchildren because she hated their white skin, light features, and “privilege.” ...

When The Federalist asked the nation’s top federal law enforcement agencies, which had access to the notebook ever since March 27, if either had plans to classify the shooting as an anti-white hate crime or political violence spurred on by the proliferation of left-wing racism in schools and government, the DOJ ignored the request and the FBI claimed it did not have a comment.
