One of Major League Baseball’s most storied franchises is getting blasted over its plan to honor a controversial LGBTQ+ activist group of “queer and trans nuns” at an upcoming game, drawing the ire of Catholics who have condemned the “blasphemous” depictions of their faith.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are being accused of anti-Catholic bigotry for the planned hosting of a gay and transgender group that uses religious imagery to promote a sexually degenerate lifestyle, presenting a “Community Hero Award” to the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence before the June 16th Pride Night home game at Chavez Ravine, appropriately, a matchup against the rival San Francisco Giants.

LA Pride and the team recently announced the occasion and that the “leading-edge Order of queer and trans nuns” would be singled out for extra special treatment on a special night during a special month that is annually set aside for the worship of a very special demographic, a gesture that angered Catholic organizations and spurred a letter from Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) to MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred pointing out the group’s mocking and degradation of Christians, especially Catholics.

Man, this is just another example of how far out of touch the elites are from the vast unwashed masses.

What % of the Dodgers ticket holders are drag queen nuns or drag queen nuns' fans?

Executives are just going to keep destroying brands and shareholder/owner value with this stuff, all in an attempt to market to a very small % of the population, many of whom may not consume that company's products or services.

Many of those Dodgers fans must feel like they are going to a freak show, and a baseball game broke out.

IIRC I had read that Bradon's transition team sent around a memo to ensure an anti-Christian movement from within.

This perhaps is all a blatant attack on Christianity being fueled by Brandon & CO.

FIRST ON FOX — One of the nation's largest Catholic advocacy organizations has issued a letter to the Los Angeles Dodgers announcing an upcoming ad campaign calling for a boycott of the baseball club.

CatholicVote President Brian Burch addressed the letter to Dodgers principal owner Mark Walter and CEO Stan Kasten.

"I represent the nation’s largest lay Catholic advocacy organization," Burch wrote. "We are supported by millions of devoted Catholics across America who believe that the time-honored values of life, family, and freedom – which the Dodgers used to celebrate – are demonstrably good for America, and worthy of respect, not ridicule."

"We wrote to you last week with a reasonable ask: Please do not honor this anti-Catholic hate group," Burch told the Dodgers administrators. "There is no place for anti-Catholic bigotry, mocking of religious sisters, or celebrating a perverse activist group whose identity is marked by blasphemy and mockery of Catholics."
