Normally, I'd put this in the "meaningless gesture" category, but if Biden is just going to veto anything sensible Congress does pass, then maybe meaningless gestures are appropriate.

However, it's worth pointing out that one of the thing Gaetz, Boebert, and the rest of the holdouts were insistent upon was passing 13 individual appropriation bills rather than just the one consolidated one.  And as best as I can tell, the current count is at "zero", and none appear to be even close at this point.

Perhaps under the current circumstances this may fall into the 'meaningless gesture' category, but I just view it as good practice for whenever the opportunity presents itself to see this sort of thing through to the end. GOP performance in the past when the GOP had a majority of both houses and the White House indicates to me that they badly need to practice.
