Definitely an erosion of freedoms and in increase in Government nanny state, size and scope, under these Presidents.

In my lifetime, the biggest threat to the Republic is a combination of authoritarian Dem Congress (Harry Reed, Nancy Pelosi); feckless neutered GOP Congress (Paul Ryan, John Boehner); Imperial Presidency of Executive Order Dictates (Bush '43, Obama, Biden); and a compromised reactionary activist Federal judiciary.

Good observation.  I made my list  based on damage incurred rather than incompetence. If it was on the latter, Jimmuh would have easily charted.
