The US Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit ruled that a program asking students to report alleged discrimination through an online portal in Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) might violate the First Amendment.

In 2021 parents filed a lawsuit to challenge two programs introduced by the LCPS to address what it called discrimination and systemic racism. The first program was a bias-reporting system, dubbed the Bias Incident Reporting System, which allowed students to anonymously report incidents of bias and request administrators to investigate.

Virginia mom says activists threatened to 'curb stomp' her for speaking out against school curriculum
'This is murder,' Loudoun County parent Alisha Brand told 'Fox & Friends'
By Joshua Q. Nelson | Fox News

Parents in Loudoun County, Virginia, say they have become targets of violent threats on social media for speaking out against the school district's LGBTQ agenda.

"They said that they wanted to curb stomp me," Loudoun County mom and Army of Parents co-founder Alisha Brand told "Fox & Friends" Friday of threats made on the "Loudoun Love Warriors" Facebook page.

Brand said her organization, which she described as a 501(c)(4) that advocates for excellence in education, school safety and parental rights, has made activists online "very angry," leading to "threats of death."

"I'm not sure if your audience is aware of the violent nature of curb stomping, but what it does entail is grabbing somebody by the back of the head, forcing their mouth open, pushing them down to the ground with their face on the cement, their mouth around the curb, and then somebody else stomping on the back of their head," she continued. ...

Secret Audio Of Soros Prosecutor Raises Questions About Her Courtroom Statements In Loudoun
By  Luke Rosiak
May 23, 2023

A secret recording of a George Soros-backed, Northern Virginia prosecutor captured her railing against efforts to oust school board members linked to a school rape coverup, even though she insisted in court she was unbiased and capable of overseeing the recalls.

Loudoun County prosecutor Buta Biberaj is heard on the recording blasting conservative activists who collected signatures to trigger a process in which the prosecutor is supposed to make the case to a judge on behalf of those citizens. Parents believed that the far-Left prosecutor would deliberately botch the prosecution if she were in charge of it, and the recording appears to affirm their suspicions.

“Ian Prior is a lawyer, he can manipulate the s*** out of this f***ing system,” Biberaj says in the secret audio, referring to the head of a group called Fight for Schools that was involved in the school board recall process. The audio was recorded on election day of last year while Biberaj was handing out Democrat sample ballots outside of a polling place alongside someone who she thought was a Democrat activist, but who was actually recording her and provided the audio to The Daily Wire.

The pair was standing next to a tent where conservatives were encouraging voters to recall Biberaj. In the recording, the prosecutor drew a link between the two recall efforts, and signaled contempt for both. When one liberal voter asked her about the recall tent, saying, “Are they talking about this bulls*** CRT” that doesn’t exist, Biberaj replied: “Yep, that’d be part of it. They’re doing a recall. Remember how they did the recall of the school board? They’re also now directing it at me as a prosecutor. Remember the dad that was at the school board? The sheriff arrested him and then they’re coming after me because I prosecuted him.” ...
