After recovering from the 'initial shock' of a grand jury indictment against him, President Trump is now raging about the judge who is expected to preside over the case.
Trump, 76, will be arraigned in Manhattan at 2.15pm on Tuesday on an array of business fraud charges relating to 2016 hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels.
He has denied any wrongdoing, and says he is the victim of a politically-motivated witch hunt led by the famously Democratic Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Yesterday, Judge Juan Merchan was spotted arriving at the Manhattan criminal courthouse in casual clothes last night flanked by two security officers, leading many to believe that he has been chosen for the case.
Merchan previously presided over the Trump Organization fraud trial, where the family business was fined $1.2million on a range of charges.
On Friday morning, Trump took to Truth Social to complain that Merchan 'hates' him and had been 'handpicked' by Bragg and his cronies.

In which case you don't get furious about it, you make sure that your lawyers try the entire case with the view to building the record that will be needed to get an adverse decision overturned on appeal.
That means you have to view all of the evidence through the filter of: "what will I need the appeals court to find in the record of the case that is transmitted to them on appeal" and submit exhibits accordingly.

Knowing Trump and his narcissitic flair for the dramatic, he'll proably view this whole sorid event as an attempt to exploit it as ultimate reality TV.
I hate to sound jaded, but I don't trust anyone with poltical power anymore.
