I still do not understand why anyone with a CCW permit needs to get a background check every time I purchase a firearm here in VA. The mere fact that I have a permit (With photo ID) clearly means I have already had that proctological exam.

When I bought my last pistol, the gunshop guy looked at my CCW permit and said I didn't need another background check (WV).
