Anyone else having trouble with Twitter?

I get this error message when I use my Twitter bookmark. I tried a different browser and got the same message.  Have I been banned? Or is the site experiencing something? I can't think of anything I said on Twitter that can get me banned, but you never know.

You're not banned, everyone around here is getting the message for linked articles and videos
