There is no way in HELL that can be legal.
Since there is no such critter as a impoverished Catholic Church,the one those students went to should sue the hell out of the feral gooberment for allowing this to happen.

Yup...me too. I was a counselor at a church camp for a couple of summers during college. It was an incredible experience.
