Biden's Justice Department changes presidential pardons for the worse
The Biden administration has been working overtime to erase Donald Trump's legacy and now wants to nullify a clemency decision
By Matthew Whitaker , David Safavian | Fox News

The Biden administration has spent the last two years reversing almost every decision, executive order, or regulation put in his place by Donald Trump.  This comes as no surprise on issues that largely break along partisan lines, such as climate change, gender identity and immigration. Elections have consequences, after all. But the Biden team has now taken their crusade to erase Trump’s legacy to absurd lengths, going so far as to nullify one of Trump’s clemency decisions.

Nowhere do presidents have more authority than when granting pardons and commuting prison sentences. Presidents turn to the clemency process to right a prosecutorial wrong, as President Trump did in the case of Philip Esformes. Now, the Department of Justice is trying to undo his clemency.

Esformes was indicted on 32 counts related to his healthcare business.  During the trial, a magistrate judge strongly criticized the prosecutors’ unethical moves to uncover and utilize information that was clearly covered by the attorney-client privilege.

People expecting democrats to all of a sudden respect moral and views with conscience?  They must not have the first clue about democrats who and what they are, eh?

The Justice Dept does have the right to do this, but it stinks to high heaven.  Esformes was arrested in 2016 and held without bond for three years awaiting trial.  At the time of his convictions, the jury deadlocked on the main charge - conspiracy to defraud Medicare.  He received a 20-year sentence for the other charges, plus a $43 million fine.

Trump commuted his sentence as time served (3 years, six months), but did not commute the fine.  So after collecting $43 million, the Justice Dept is going after him again.  If convicted, he could possibly be hit with another $38 million fine and serve a life sentence.  I don't have any sympathy for him, but I believe the wrongs committed by the Justice Department are far worse than what this man did.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

Here's the rub.

This opens any pardons done by Biden to reversal in the future, should they succeed.

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

How odd as many times as democrats have practiced open hypocrisy in the applications of the law.  Harsh applications of the law and even breaking the laws of the land to go after Republicans, when democrats openly break the law the utter absence of the law letting democrats get away with felonies is outrageous.
So is the outrageousness of public becoming brainless when an election nears.
Hench the illegal and vicious lynching of Trump, and the god worship of Biden, and so now we are where we are at
