Gotta love it.  The university is put in a no win situation.  If they give the money back they open themselves up to having to return all kinds of money. 

We had a situation here where they did something similar.  The individual who started the university was buried in a prominent place on campus.  After the university trashed this person, the relatives of them had his body exhumed...lolol.

Can't say I blame them.
