Virginia student allegedly sexually assaulted in Fairfax County school bathroom

January 21, 2023

According to Farifax County Police a Virginia student was allegedly sexually assaulted in a middle school bathroom earlier this month.

The female student at Frost Middle School was allegedly sexually assaulted on Jan. 12, and reported the incident to school officials on Thursday. School officials then immediately contacted the police.

Fairfax County Public Schools wrote in a letter to families that security will be increased on campus and a “buddy” system would be used when students go to the bathroom or otherwise need to leave the classroom.  .  .

Today is the 21st and they still haven't identified the suspect?  I call Bullshit.

Does ANYBODY remember any reports of sexual assaults taking place in public school rest rooms prior to the 1970's?

I sure don't,but I went smaller schools than most are today.

"Allegedly assaulted" is the pejorative in the headline that throws burden of proof back on the victim.

What a rotten way for the School Board to cover their asses while hanging hers out to dry.
