A months-long Townhall investigation reveals disturbing new details about the affluent LGBTQ-activist couple accused of sodomizing their young adopted sons—now ages 9 and 11—and distributing "homemade" child pornography of the sexual abuse. Half a year after the shocking story made national news, Townhall is the only outlet following up on the criminal case in Georgia that has since seen zero headlines written about it. We've found that it's far, far worse than what was first reported.

Not only did the married men allegedly rape the two boys who were adopted through a Christian special-needs adoption agency, they were pimping out their children to nearby pedophiles in Atlanta-area suburbs, Townhall's follow-up investigation discovered.

Recorded jailhouse calls, a trove of never-before-seen court documents, and testimony from a family member who spoke exclusively with Townhall uncover the extent of the physical and emotional trauma the two elementary school-aged brothers endured as well as the red flags that the state overlooked during the same-sex couple's "faster than expected" adoption process.

Part 1 of the Zulock saga covered how gay activists William Dale Zulock Jr. and Zachary "Zack" Jacoby Zulock, the adoptive fathers of two boys, have been indicted by a grand jury on a slew of felony child sex charges, including prostitution of a minor.

Count 16 and Count 17 of the indictment charges the Zulock couple with soliciting 27-year-old Hunter Clay Lawless and 25-year-old Luis Armando Vizcarro-Sanchez, both of Loganville, to engage in "an act of prostitution" with their 11-year-old adopted boy.

Co-Conspirators

Hours before the Zulocks were arrested on July 27, Lawless was apprehended earlier in the day by Walton County detectives on a warrant for felony sexual exploitation of children after downloading child pornography of the older Zulock boy, per an affidavit.

Authorities were tipped off that Lawless uploaded and stored child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on his Google account through an "emergency CyberTip" sent to the nationwide Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force network and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children child protective organization, the affidavit says, noting that "numerous" other CyberTips were generated with the same Gmail address. One of these photographs, which contained metadata indicating it was created with an iPhone on Dec. 9, 2021, showed a prepubescent child being forced to perform oral sodomy on an adult male, per the affidavit. The victim's age was "ascertained based on physical size/stature size relative to the male's penis...and facial features."

During a Mirandized audio-video interview, Lawless admitted that he both knew the sexually abused child was approximately 10 years of age as well as his legal name, the affidavit concludes. At the time the one child pornographic photo in question was created on the mobile device, the Zulock boy was still 9-years-old and would turn the age of 10 a week later on Dec. 15, 2021.

Lawless allegedly met Zachary through a mutual contact named "Blake" on Grindr, an LGBTQ hook-up app, and received "numerous" Snapchat messages from Zachary saying, "I'm going to f*ck my son tonight," and to "stand by" for graphic visuals of the father raping his child. According to what Lawless told police, Zachary also invited Lawless "multiple times" to engage in sexual acts with him and his two adopted kids, but Lawless denied having had any physical contact with the Zulock boys.  ...

When these two pervs were thinking of adopting a girl (!) to add to their "family" of four, the adoption agency they had used to get the boys was going out of business but recommended contacting Bethany Christian Services, saying it was open to same-sex adoption. This is really sad to see. I have known people who adopted through BCS - friends and even my own family - and they went through extensive scrutiny of their character and their motivations. Now BCS seems willing to place vulnerable children with the mentally disturbed - without question. Makes me angry.

Part 1 laid out the horrifying facts of the child-prostitution case, Part 2 explored the LGBTQ pedophile ring's reach, and Part 3 shined a spotlight on the state's failure to protect the two little boys from suffering through serial sexual abuse allegedly committed by their gay activist fathers, who became their adoptive parents thanks to Georgia's courts and child-welfare system.

Today's fourth and final piece details what life is like in jail for these two alleged child rapists each facing over nine life sentences.

Since they're being prosecuted as co-defendants, the adoptive fathers are housed separately while in pre-trial detainment.

An out-of-county transfer placed Zachary "Zack" Jacoby Zulock in Barrow County Detention Center's "maximum" security unit "due to the nature of the charges." Zachary appears to be experiencing what's colloquially called "jail justice," part of an honor code amongst inmates and a brand of justice directed at offenders who would harm children in any way: child murderers, rapists, and molesters, a.k.a. "ChoMos." In terms of the lock-up's pecking order, they're the lowest rung on the hierarchical ladder.

The DA has filed motions to sever the Zulocks, who are indicted as co-defendants, at trial and disqualify the pair's attorney due to an apparent conflict of interest. If severed and limited immunity is granted, Zachary and William can be called upon to testify against each other.
