Hunter Biden recorded monthly rent payments of $49,910 while living at President Joe Biden’s residence, according to a document unearthed by New York Post’s Miranda Devine.

On a document titled “background screening request,” it appears Hunter paid $49,910 in monthly rent for one year while living at Joe Biden’s Delaware residence, where the president kept classified documents alongside his Corvette in the garage.

Hunter listed his rental tenancy from March 2017 to February 2018, the document shows. The document is signed July 2018.

In 2017, Joe Biden left the White House and stored a large number of classified documents inside his Delaware garage and at two other locations. The first batch of documents found are alleged to contain information pertaining to Ukraine and Iran, CNN reported.

The document also shows that Hunter checked a box on the form claiming to own Joe Biden’s home. It is unknown why Hunter would have paid rent if he owned the home.

It should be noted Joe Biden’s 2017 tax return on Schedule E only listed $19,800 in “rents received.” In 2018, Biden listed no rents received.

Can you say 'Tax Evasion'??  Everything that Trump has been falsely accused of doing, Biden has actually done.

Will the special counsel investigate why Hunter Biden was allegedly paying $600,000 a year in rent for the home where classified docs were found?

It turns out Hunter was paying rent to his father to live in the Barley Mill Rd house where the classified intel was stored by the corvette. Did Joe Biden declare the $49,910 per month Hunter Biden paid him for rent in 2017? Let's take a look at Biden's tax returns. ...

Can anyone here find a copy of Biden's 2017 tax return, specifically Schedule E?  It's been scrubbed from his campaign website.

TAX CHEAT? Joe Didn't Report the $50,000/Month in Rent Hunter Claimed He Paid
By Stephen Green 11:29 AM on January 16, 2023

It looks like somebody might be a tax cheat, and the question is whether it’s Presidentish Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden — or both.

On the Schedule E portion of his 2017 tax forms, Joe Biden reported $19,800 in “rents received,” and none in 2018, according to information reported on Sunday by Breitbart’s Wendell Husebø.

But when filling out a background check, Hunter Biden claimed to pay a specific $49,910 rent each month to his dad from March 2017 to February 2018. This is the same home where classified documents were recently found stacked in the garage. Biden the Younger spent about a year — during part of his drugged-out times — renting (?) Biden the Elder’s Wilmington, Del., home following his divorce from Kathleen Biden.

Kathleen filed for divorce after learning that (among other women, including an Arkansas stripper who gave birth to Hunter’s unacknowledged daughter in 2018) Hunter was having an affair with his dead brother Beau’s widow, Hallie.

No, this is not an episode of Dynasty. This is the family life of the Most Powerful Man in the World™. The whole clan is so wrapped up in a nasty web of sex, money, and inappropriate showers between Père and his “hyper-sexualized” young daughter that it’s easy to get lost.

Hunter had his priorities...
"The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. -Alexander Solzhenitsyn

Caution re wild speculation. This was for Hunter Biden’s application for an apartment in a hip Hollywood complex he was desperate to get into. Big-noting by falsely claiming to own dad’s house in DE. The rent may refer to the $50k rent he paid for his office at House of Sweden

Is this the address of his office, or is it dear ol' dad's house, though?

This is what criminal prosecutors refer to as 'fraud'.

Exactly.  In fact, puffing the value of one's real estate assets for the sake of obtaining a benefit is exactly what former President Trump is being accused of by the NY AG.  Why isn't Hunter being indicted for similar fraud?

Sorry, but from the cheap seats, where 600K (that's a year's rent for Hunter, rounded up), will buy one of the top three houses in town (and they are really, really, nice), this reeks of a money laundering operation, or tax evasion, or both.

No, no, Hunter was paying that to Joe, leaving him less to spend on hookers and coke.  Now this is after Joe left the Vice-Presidency, so it's more than the $41.5K per month Burisima Holdings was still paying Hunter at that point (he got double that when his dad was Veep) meaning it represents pass through of graft from some other source as well.
And when they behead your own people in the wars which are to come, then you will know what this was all about.

The whole point of laundering money is to avoid charges of tax evasion.  You take illegal money and turn it into legal money on which taxes are paid.  The Bidens are even bigger fools than previously thought.

TAX CHEAT? Did Joe Biden Fail to Report the $50,000/Month in Rent Hunter Claimed He Paid?
By Stephen Green 11:29 AM on January 16, 2023

UPDATE: We’ve learned that it’s possible Joe wasn’t underreporting his rent and that Hunter may have been even more stoned than we thought. Turns out, he may have reported his quarterly office rent as his monthly home rent, and that’s pretty druggy.

A Twitter user named “Truth Ninja” claims:
