One police officer was shot and killed and another was shot in the leg after an hours-long foot pursuit in Brackenridge for a Duquesne man who was still on the loose as of 6:30 p.m. Monday.Aaron L. Swan, 28, of Duquesne, is armed and dangerous, police said.
