  • Ah, the air is so much fresher here...

Kentucky Republican State Treasurer Allison Ball put nearly a dozen financial firms on notice that they may be subject to divestment for boycotting fossil fuels.

On Tuesday, Ball named 11 financial institutions that will have to choose between managing taxpayer assets well or their continued animosity toward American energy.

“When companies boycott fossil fuels, they intentionally choke off the lifeblood of capital to Kentucky’s signature industries,” Ball said in a press release. “Traditional energy sources fuel our Kentucky economy, provide much needed jobs, and warm our homes. Kentucky must not allow our signature industries to be irreparably damaged based upon the ideological whims of a select few.”

Large Font and Bolded for effect, and urgency........

The list includes:

BlackRock, Inc., BNP Paribas SA, Citigroup Inc., Climate First Bank, Dankse Bank A/S, HSBC PLC, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Nordea Bank ABP, Schroders PLC, Svenska Handelsbanken AB, and Swedbank AB.

We need to fight back and attack  climate scammers whether it be whacked out activist, corporations, or law makers with double the zeal and anger!!!!!!!!

Blackrock?  Tell your broker you want to adjust your portfolio to give Fink the Finger.....  (pls. be careful of cap. gains and other impacts too)

Citigroup,JP Morgan and Chase?  We line their pockets with low paying checking and savings accounts and Credit Card income.   There are  less offensive alternatives.

The other foreign banks that almost none of us have heard of?  They can just go F themselves...

I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.
