The case left doctors shell-shocked.

A French hospital was partially evacuated Saturday after a senior citizen arrived with a World War I artillery shell lodged in his rectum.

The 88-year-old patient visited Hospital Sainte Musse in Toulon to have the antique explosive removed — but instead sparked a “bomb scare,” French publication Var-Matin reported.

My younger sister used to work the midnight shift in the ER at a St Louis Hosp...the things people can shove up their a$$ is amazing...

We had a friend who was a nurse in an inner city hospital in Pittsburgh - same sort of stories. Also things like a guy walking in with a hatchet stuck in his head, but he insisted he didn't know how it happened. Nope, no one hit me. The thing just showed up in my head.

I've heard similar stories of an ER nurse that worked in a DFW hospital.  A guy came in by ambulance and got hurt in some way.  When they stripped his clothes off he had a sausage taped to his leg...lol.  They all got quite the chuckle out of that.

Now this guy was 88 years old and I've been told that at that age taking a good healthy dump is better than sex.
