  • Dems-greatest existential threat to USA republic!
We bought a piece of land in the northern mountains of Georgia, and it is a subdivision that requires one to park all vehicles in garages.  Vehicles are not permitted to sit in driveways.  The subdivision is naturally beautiful.  There is little to no grass, the HOA wants to maintain properties as close to nature as possible.  And I will admit, it is incredibly beautiful, and they are a bit extreme with their rules, but I get it.

So, if we build there, I will build a three car garage, or should I say two cars and one huge garage for a boat, or an RV should I break down and get one.  Already have the boat, which would need a larger space than a normal car garage.

Never again will I live in a city of any size. The county's got too many dang rules already.

Needless to say, HOAs will never see me... A condition HOAers might be thankful for.

But I refuse to ever again live where I can't piss off my own porch, and build a shed wherever the hell and however the hell I choose.

A little thing called liberty.  happy77
