COVID origins 'may have been tied' to China's bioweapons program: GOP report

"Contrary to the implication of the [Intelligence Community’s] declassified report, based on our investigation involving a variety of public and non-public information, we conclude that there are indications that SARS-CoV-2 may have been tied to China’s biological weapons research program and spilled over to the human population during a lab-related incident at the Wuhan Institute of Virology," a summary of the report states. "The IC failed to adequately address this information in its classified Updated Assessment. When we attempted to raise the issues with the IC, it failed to respond."

Still no evidentiary conclusion as from which animal Covid-19/SARS2 made the jump to humans.

The Chi-coms and their apologists scapegoated pangolins without sufficient irrefutable empirical scientific evidence to deflect blame away from any connection to the bio labs in Wuhan.

The closest relative virus identified was a sample bat betacoranavirus (RaTG13) collected in 2013 from a mining shaft in Yunnan where 4 men were sickened in 2012.

It's serendipitous that Covid-19/SARS2 emerged in a Wuhan, that just happens to have 2 Chi-com bio "research" labs.

The Chi-coms will never let Western investigators on the ground to find the truth.

Whether chimeric, gain of function, or natural, it's reasonable to suspect a Wuhan bio-lab escape occurred until proven otherwise.
