Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington told former President Donald Trump on Thursday that if he tries to return to the White House or runs for any other political office in 2024, the D.C.-based watchdog will, using the 14th Amendment's anti-insurrectionist clause, attempt to disqualify him for fomenting last year's deadly right-wing riot at the U.S. Capitol.

"By summoning a violent mob to disrupt the transition of presidential power... you made yourself ineligible to hold public office again."

"Should you seek or secure any future elected or appointed government office including the presidency of the United States," CREW president Noah Bookbinder wrote in a letter sent to Trump, "we will pursue your disqualification under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment based on your engaging in the insurrection that culminated on January 6, 2021."

As the letter explains, "Section 3 of the 14th Amendment provides that no individual who engages in insurrection or rebellion against the Constitution—after having previously taken an oath to support it—shall hold any federal or state office (unless Congress, by a vote of two-thirds in each house, removes such disability)."

Funny to see Democrats attempting to cite the 14th Amendment.  It is something they have vehemently opposed for the last 154 years.

The fact is, President Trump, a few days before January 6,
offered National Guard personnel to PREVENT this insurrection
that was carried out by the FBI and the "Democrats."

Speaker Pelosi REFUSED the additional security,
and ordered the Capitol Police to FACILITATE the insurrection
by waving people into the building.

The FBI also helped conduct the insurrection
by having their agent provocateurs in the crowd
(identifiable by rainbow wrist bands)
physically shove the crowd into the building.

All of these people who can be identified
should be arrested and charged with treason.
The prosecution should call for capital punishment for every one of them.
They should then bargain down from there, in exchange for
testimony against all of the officials who PLANNED this insurrection.

It would start with the States.  They would make the decision whether or not to put Trump's name on the ballot.  Anyone could then contest that decision by filing suit in federal court.

Right away you instantly know the above is a complete and total lie,and the opposite of everything they stand for.

Ask yourself,WHY would Dim professionals suddenly come out in favor of responsibility and ethics?

It is against everything they hold near and dear,and it would be the death of the DNC.


It is the equivalent of a group of gang rapists coming out in favor of virginity.
