Federal agents have evidence to charge Hunter Biden: report

Federal agents investigating Hunter Biden believe they have gathered enough evidence to charge the first son with tax crimes as well as a false statement related to a gun purchase, according to a new report.

The final decision on whether to charge the 52-year-old will be made by Delaware US attorney David Weiss, who was appointed to his current post by former President Donald Trump.

The Washington Post, citing people familiar with the investigation, reported that agents had determined months ago that they had assembled a viable criminal case against Hunter Biden. The newspaper reported that the investigation, which started by focusing on Hunter’s overseas business dealings, has shifted to whether he reported all his income from overseas transactions — as well as whether he lied about his history of substance abuse on a firearm purchase form in 2018.

Hunter Biden himself announced in December of 2020 that his “tax affairs” were being investigated by federal authorities in Delaware, and said he was “confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately.”

At some point after that announcement, the first son paid off a tax bill totaling around $2 million.

Big news on the Hunter Biden front. A new report from The Washington Post has revealed that the DOJ now has enough evidence to charge the president’s degenerate son with multiple crimes.

According to the sources who leaked the information to the Post, tax crimes and gun crimes are on the table for the younger Biden. All that remains is a final decision from the US Attorney in Delaware on whether to move forward and file the charges.

This sounds like the SOP for the connected criminals of DC. Say they are being investigating for years and then either make some minor charge so say their actions were bad but they didn't rise to the level of a prosecutable crime. And then the person is either off the hook completely or suffers some minor consequence. It is how the game is played now.

Add the fact there there is no way in hell the DNC can allow the Biden Crime Family to be prosecuted. Bubba and Bubbette,not to mention Barry and his tranny wife were almost as corrupt as Biden,and if Biden can be put on trial for corruption,so can Bubba and Barry.

It just ain't gonna happen unless the deal is made to make sure there is a Not Guilty verdict to insure they are never tried on the same charges again.

The FBI whistleblower investigation led by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) involving former bureau agent Timothy Thibault centers on secretive evidence about Hunter Biden that has not yet been made public, the Washington Examiner has learned.

Thibault, the former FBI assistant special agent in charge of the Washington Field Office who left the bureau in late August, shut down a line of inquiry into now-President Joe Biden's son in October 2020 despite some of the details being known to be true at the time, according to whistleblower allegations provided to Grassley. The senator says the Justice Department and FBI investigation into Hunter may now be hobbled because of it.

Although Grassley’s office wouldn't be drawn on what this specific whistleblower evidence is, the senator’s office told the Washington Examiner the disclosures were not directly connected with Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop hard drive, nor with the September 2020 report Grassley released with Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) on Hunter's overseas business dealings, nor with former Hunter business associate Tony Bobulinski, who has recently reemerged in the media spotlight.

The comments from Grassley's office came the same day it was leaked to multiple outlets that the FBI believes it has collected enough evidence to charge Hunter with crimes related to tax fraud and lying about his drug use when purchasing a firearm.
