Democrats Successfully Whip Up Abortion Hysteria The Democratic diversionary move of whipping up hysteria over abortion has only added to the 33 point-gap between male and female voters.

A major Republican complaint these days is that the Democratic National Committee has begun to lie shamelessly about abortion to divert public attention from serious issues like crime, inflation, a tottering economy, an open Southern border, and the anti-white racist indoctrination prevalent in our public schools and military. This diversionary tactic has taken grotesque forms, e.g., when in a House race in the Hudson Valley the Democrats accused Republican candidate Marc Molinaro “of opposing a woman’s right to a safe, legal abortion, even in cases of rape and incest and for the health of the mother.” Apparently Molinaro is running for Congress because, according to his Democratic opponent Josh Riley, he plans to enact a federal abortion ban. There is absolutely no evidence that Molinaro is seeking such a ban. Although he has expressed private reservations about abortion, especially in the last trimester, he also explicitly opposed the national ban. There is in fact nothing that Molinaro has said or done that would suggest that he is working day and night to rescind “women’s reproductive rights.”
A similar situation exists with the senatorial race in Pennsylvania, where the heavily funded Democratic campaign of the now mentally impaired and socially far-left John Fetterman runs non-stop ads about Dr. Mehmet Oz’s assault on “women’s health.” The most that Fetterman’s Republican opponent has said about this hot-button issue is that he personally opposes abortion. But Oz has also spent the last two months focusing on crime and Fetterman’s ridiculously irresponsible positions on releasing convicted murderers and waiving bail for criminal offenses. Fetterman—or his handlers, since this heavily tattooed candidate in a hoodie can’t express himself any better than Joe Biden—charges on anyway, ignoring Oz’s reponses. Instead, they keep telling us that their Republican opponent is out to cancel all abortion rights everywhere in the country.
The same tactic has worked better in the gubernatorial race between Doug Mastriano and Josh Shapiro. The Shapiro campaign plays back 24/7 Mastriano’s past statements about abortion being murder. To his strategic credit, Mastriano has tried to soften the tone of his earlier statements, but to no avail. He is now supposedly running in double digits behind the wily Shapiro, Pennsylvania’s attorney general of drop-box fame who opposes voter identification laws. Mastriano might want to ask Shapiro at what point and in what circumstances would he limit abortion. Does he support the bill that Democrats tried to ram through Congress in order to create an unconditional right to abortion up until the point that the baby enters the birth canal? In this bill the abortion providers would not be allowed to inform the parents of a minor undergoing the termination of a pregnancy. That would be considered a violation of the patient’s privacy.
