Whenever Joe Biden sees a little girl in the audience, even if they are not close to him at all, he freezes up midsentence, abandons what he is supposed to be doing and goes straight for the kids no matter how far away they are, as if in a trance. Then he consciously or unconsciously becomes inappropriately aggressive and sexual with them by both word and deed for a very inordinately long amount of time.
Whereas most speakers may wave to a child from the stage to make them smile and give special attention for a second, Biden goes way beyond that. He leaves his platform and approaches them. He tries to touch them and hold them, and of course the sniffing. This is the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES doing this while the world laughs. I have seen him wrap up his gig, exit, and then make a bee-line directly to some child he spotted while speaking.
Why his handlers keep allowing this to happen is beyond explanation. Biden cannot control himself around children. It is compulsion with him, not a calculated behavior. Regardless of that, Biden should never be allowed close to children. And by 'close', I mean within his ability to see them. Because if he sees a child, you can bet he is headed in that direction.
