Yes people should not vote for him because of his lack of mental acuity, but they should also not vote for him because of his policies. It's a no brainer to most that he's not all there and how can people not be aware of the pinch that they feel in their pockets? Then, there's the issue of his policies abroad; Afghanistan was a debacle and the amount of money that he's dumped into Ukraine is shameful.
