Harry is 'terrified' that Meghan will leave him alone to attend funeral: royal expert
Royal expert says Prince Harry feels vulnerable and alone without Meghan Markle
By Neil Sean | Fox News

LONDON, England – It's sometimes hard to believe that that the world was once in love with Prince Harry and Meghan's love story. I know you remember it, right?

However, in the four years since their spectacular glittering Windsor wedding, it seems as if the now-rogue royal couple has gone from controversy to controversy, and everything they do is a drama.

But now she is back in the fold in a very loose way – anyone watching that recent royal walkabout will note that Catherine the Princess of Wales kept a well-heeled distance and never made eye contact – and with one good reason: she is terrified that anything she says will be in Meghan’s next big interview.

Meghan has often borne the brunt of the most salacious headlines and can't seem to shake the reputation of royal wrecker. But now, thanks to the dramatic twist of royal turns with the demise of the late queen, Meghan is back and knows it, and is thus loving all the attention that this former actress can muster. She even dressed on the royal walkabout like a throwback to Wallis Simpson, the American divorcee and wife of former King Edward VIII, who was forced to abdicate the throne to marry her. But now Meghan is in the throes with Harry and Harry does not want her to leave.

The problem is that they were never supposed to be away from the U.S. for longer than a week, and are clearly missing their children. Harry had hoped to fly them over, or so the reports go, but with the oh so private couple and the way they have hidden the children from public view, they now are considering not doing this. But I hear Meghan thinks, given the response that she has received, that she should go back to the U.S. ahead of the funeral and leave Harry with his family to attend it.

It's hard burying a love one.  But to do it in the glare of cameras for two weeks almost amounts to torture.

Absolutely ---- and a 10 day funeral makes it all the more unbearable.

Kate Middleton honors Queen Elizabeth II by wearing queen's brooch to pay her respects
Meghan Markle wore earrings gifted to her by the late Queen Elizabeth II
By Lauryn Overhultz | Fox News

Kate Middleton honored the late Queen Elizabeth II on Wednesday as she attended the procession of the queen's coffin to Westminster Hall.

The new Princess of Wales wore the queen's pearl and diamond leaf brooch during the event. Middleton also wore the brooch in 2017 during a trip to Belgium.

Queen Elizabeth II was once photographed wearing the brooch in Seoul on April 21, 1999, according to The Court Jeweller.

The outlet also noted that Meghan Markle honored the queen with her jewlery choice.

Markle wore a pair of diamond and pearl earrings gifted to her by Queen Elizabeth II.

King Charles III and the Queen Consort have left London and returned to their respective homes after days of public events paying tribute to the Queen - as the new monarch is granted 24 hours to contemplate his mother's death ahead of her funeral on Monday.

The royal couple were seen landing in Camilla's estate in Reybridge near Lacock, Wiltshire at around 4.30pm this afternoon, shortly after leaving the late Queen's procession from Buckingham Palace to the Palace of Westminster.

The Royal aircraft landed in a field alongside the Queen Consort's home, Ray Mill House. The landing was welcomed by an audience of just three people in contrast to the huge number of people seen waiting at Royal residences across Britain this week as the grieving family arrived.

It is believed to be the first time the King and Queen Consort have returned to their Wiltshire and Gloucestershire estates since travelling to Balmoral Castle on Thursday hours before the Queen's death.

The King is expected to have a private day of reflection following the the momentous period that saw him become monarch. He is not expected to attend any public events on Thursday.

The day away from public duties has always formed part of the London Bridge operation - the detailed plan in the event of the Queen's death.

The time away from the spotlight will allow Charles to pause and reflect on the time that has passed since his mother's death at Balmoral on Thursday.

But he is expected to continue working preparation for his new role and will be receiving red boxes of state papers, The Mirror reports.

The period will allow the King to pause, but it is understood he will be working in preparation for his new role and will already be receiving his red boxes of state papers.

It comes after Charles was joined by his three siblings and sons William and Harry as they reunited to mourn as they walked in procession behind the late Queen's coffin as it made its way to the Palace of Westminster today.

The helicopter landed in a field next door to Camilla's Wiltshire residence, Ray Mill House (pictured). It is thought that Camilla will continue residing at the home, which is not an official part of the Royal estate, as she has done for years

It is thought that Camilla will continue residing at Ray Mill House, which is not an official part of the Royal estate, as she has done for years.

She purchased the £850,000 property after divorcing her first husband Andrew Parker Bowles in 1994 and she lived there permanently from 1996 to 2003.

Shortly after the chopper landed in Wiltshire, Charles could be seen driving himself away from the estate, accompanied by The Met's Special Escort Group. It is believed he then made the 30-minute drive to his home, Highgrove House (pictured), near Tetbury in Gloucestershire

?? I was wondering the same thing.  Which I think is odd them going to separate homes.  Perhaps Camilla retained her home after she and Charles were married.

The article states that he is afforded 24 hours of contemplation -- so maybe it's just time to himself to rest, reflect and mourn. In looking at the pictures he is absolutely devastated. Having to show strength and not break down I think would be difficult.  He's had is mommy for quite a long time.
