It turns out that both Joe and Jill were an embarrassment. Jill knew ahead of time what the appropriate dress was, so why couldn't she have found some sort of black hat with a little veil to wear?  Even if she were to have worn a short black veil, it would have been more appropriate. Who the heck helps her with her selection of clothing? They need to be fired.

Both are messes!!!
The same people that used to dress Mooshelle. Kind of surprised she did not go with a boob belt.

I wonder why they were late?   That's just plain rude!!
Probably a bathroom emergency on Joe's part. Or Jill couldn't get one of her false eyelashes to adhere.

Considering the man's outfit, he wasn't just a church member, but a deacon or something similar.

Can't dress her up, or let him out.

Biden had already created a bit of a furor because he needed a cue card for what he was going to write in the condolence book for the Queen.

Princess Charlotte wears significant piece of jewellery to honour Queen Elizabeth
Princess Charlotte, seven, stepped out at her late great-grandmother's funeral today in a very poignant brooch. It was significant as it was the first time Charlotte has been seen wearing such an item in public.

Charlotte wore a horseshoe brooch, in honour of Queen Elizabeth's love for horses.

Royal fan @lovefamilywales tweeted: "Aww just adorable."

"Both Princess Charlotte and Prince George behaved impeccably during the service."

Another royal watcher @toriaa_h commented: "It's also a symbol of luck."

The Princess opted for an Ancar Girls Black Wool coat today.

The description on the website says: "Girls smart, traditional style black coat by Ancar.

Similarly, @JDP_53 added: "This little girl is brilliant, graceful respectful, well behaved."

Another fan, @CharlotteAlice8 wrote: "Such a touching gesture.

She is adorable and she is fitting into her role as a princess very nicely.  I love the beautiful little brooch of a horseshoe that they gave her to wear and I love her coat and hat.  Just perfect!

The tragedy of Joe is not that he is a declining halfwit. Rather, it is he had sufficient support to be elected which continues in some measure to today.

The Queen’s legacy deserved better.

The most moving moments from the Queen's funeral, from a new King's tears to brave Prince George and Princess Charlotte - and how the late monarch's favourite fell pony greeted her coffin on Windsor's Long Walk
Daily Mail/UK, Sep 20, 2022

The Queen's funeral brought highly emotional moments for her family and staff, with interactions and private grief captured on camera
Her Majesty's beloved fell pony Emma stood quietly on the Long Walk in Windsor, with a member of the household, as her former owner was brought home
Charles appeared close to tears during the procession to Westminster Abbey behind his mother's coffin - with his concerned younger sister, the Princess Royal, looking concerned about the new King
Princess Charlotte, seven, showed maturity beyond her years as she attended the state funeral alongside her older brother, Prince George, with the Princess of Wales offering both of her children reassuring gestures
2,000 royals, world leaders, VIPs and hundreds of members of the public were at Abbey for state funeral

It's been a very long ordeal for the Royal family.  The Queen is finally at rest.

Changes are coming for Britain and the Royal family.  Things will just never be the same.

The moment stony-faced King Charles, William, Harry and Andrew waited together at Windsor Castle to escort monarch to her final resting place
Daily Mail/UK, Sep 20, 2022

Pictures show a family scene that is both ordinary and - given their unique positions - unlike any other
Also offer glimpse of personal dynamics within the Royal Family amid tensions in aftermath of Megxit

When we lived in England my mother became a huge fan of the pipers and bagpipes....when she died a few years ago one of her requests was to have a piper play Amazing Grace at her funeral....well, we could not find anyone that played the pipes...we had to settle for an organist to play it... :crying:

A friend of mine did that for his mother's funeral.  Not a bit of Scot in the family, but his mother liked the sound of bagpipes.  The kilt-wearing piper was very loud, and my friend's mother was well honored.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

Buckingham Palace issues photo of Queen Elizabeth's final resting place

Quote

LONDON, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Buckingham Palace published a photograph on Saturday from Queen Elizabeth's final resting place at the royal chapel in Windsor, featuring a ledger stone bearing her name and those of her parents, and husband Prince Philip.

The stone, made of black Belgian marble, sits in the King George VI Memorial Chapel which Queen Elizabeth commissioned in 1962 as a burial place for George VI, her father. The queen was interred there on Monday after a state funeral in Westminister Abbey.

Thank you @Right_in_Virginia

She’s with her mom and dad and husband, it’s better than being buried alone.
