I actually heard someone on PMSDNC argue that Joe Biden is the arbiter of what determines which of Trump's documents fall under attorney-client privilege.  He argued that since the documents were not specifically designated by Biden as 'Attorney-Client Privilege' (similar to the designation of 'classified' documents), then Trump had no right to them.

Logic has left the building.
